No. You ride behind an experienced local driver — you are a passenger, so no licence and no riding experience are needed. Helmets are provided and included in the price.
Is the Vespa tour private?
Yes, it is a private scooter tour: your group, your driver, your route. You never join strangers.
How many people can come?
From 1–2 guests on a single Vespa, up to 10 guests with additional Vespas and drivers at €75 per extra guest.
What does the Vespa tour of Rome cover?
The classic ride takes in the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, the Aventine keyhole, Trastevere and the Trevi Fountain, with stops for photos wherever you want them.
What should I wear?
Closed shoes and something you can move in. We supply the helmet; anything you bring can go in the top box.
What if it rains?
We move the tour to another slot, switch you to a covered golf cart tour, or cancel free of charge — cancellation is free up to 48 hours before departure.
